As an environmental scientist from Melbourne with a deep love for sustainable tourism, our family's stay at the Park Hotel Motel in Suffolk Park was filled with pleasant surprises. The friendly receptionist's genuine welcome set the tone for our holiday. She even paused her duties to allow our kids to splash in the pool right away. The thoughtful gesture of providing an extra key for a nearby bathroom by the pool was a game-changer.While the hotel may not be a 4-star establishment, the attentive service made our experience feel top-notch. Daily bed-making and fresh towels added a touch of luxury we hadn't expected. The location was superb, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, yet conveniently close to charming cafes, supermarkets, and the beach.
